| Debra Welty has spent years developing her style so that she can present realistic designs painted in the easiest and simplest way possible. Painting with oils and DecoArt So Soft fabric paints are her very favorite, however with DecoArt's addition of specialized mediums she has been able to create many beautiful pieces with Americana acrylics. We are pleased to be able to carry many of Debra's best pattern packets. As always we will adjust the price to the appropriate pricing when we actually ship and bill the packets you select.
