SHIPPING - Within the continental United States we ship by FEDEX Ground or UPS. We currently charge our Retail Customers a flat fee of $10 per shipment to any location in the continental United States. When you place an order you will see a calculation of the shipping cost. Ignore this number!!!! All other locations (Hawaii, Alaska Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, South America etc.) will be charged the actual shipping and handling charges for the shipment. We will explore several alternatives for these shipments including USPS Air and FEDEX International. If you have a specific preference please let us know when you place your order. USING THE CATALOGS - as you page through our various catalogs, you can enlarge the picture and often obtain additional information by clicking on the items of interest, Our Business Hours are from 9AM to 5 PM EDT Monday through Thursday.
